NAUI Cards -- 02-24-2010 -- All Navy Divers qualify for a NAUI certification card with their dive school certification.

Proceeds go to the MK V Monument

Instructions on how to apply and determine which card you would like can be found at NAUI Cards and NAUI Requirements. Complete the form, select the NAUI card in which you have an interest, and send in your dive school certification.

If you do not have a copy of your dive school certification, you may be able to obtain a copy from Chief of Naval Personnel NMPC 401D, (which would be the best source for official records) in St Louis. NSDS/NSDTC (South) also has records of all divers who attended the school, but not necessarily "All Military" divers.

If someone has better information, please contact me.
